- Whole head of celery
- Nayonaise w/mustard (to taste)
- Green Onions (one stalk)
- Olive oil (2 tbsp)
- Water (slowly add as blending to bring to right consistency)
- Sea salt (a few dashes)
- Heaping tsp of sweet white miso
- For creamy: add avocado, zucchini or cauliflower
- For a kick: add cayenne pepper
- Blend in blender and garnish with cilantro
